Introdacqua
Introdacqua at an altitude of 640 feet and a population of about 1700 inhabitants. Post near Sulmona, country, primarily dedicated to agriculture is dominated by the ruins of an ancient medieval fortress of origin. It owes its name to the location between two rivers. The village is dominated by a walled medieval fortress, which keeps a square tower recently restored. In the highest part of the site on Mount Plaia, are preserved remains of megalithic walls that show the presence of Italian people. In the town deserve attention Trasmondi the building and the parish church of SS. Annunziata, who has a Romanesque bell tower with works of the '500, '600 and '700.
